World’s Smartest Kids

Here Are some Of The Smartest Child Prodigies In History
The smartest child in the world Worlds Smartest Kids Pictures Seen on www.VyperLook.com

Some kids are just SMART! They have high IQs, they have extraordinary skills and they are the smartest children in the world. Let’s see who they are, and just exactly how young they are. At an age when most of us were playing with mud pies and finger painting while chewing on elastic, some kids are studying complex languages and acquiring knowledge in fields we’ve never even heard of by now. Let’s see how amazing some kids really are. Te evolution of such kids is sometimes spectacular, some prodigies grow up to do amazing things, while others are overwhelmed by the pressure and give in to the worldly nonsense. Let us see how some of the world’s smartest children deal with their intelligence and the day to day life

1. Gregory Smith – Nobel Peace Prize Nominee at The Age Of 12

Introducing Gregory R. Smith.

He looks like a normal kid, but you should know that he went to college at the age of 10, when he received a four-year scholarship to Randolph-Macon College. Just two years after this extraordinary event, he received his first nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize at just 12 years of age.

Since his first nomination, he was nominated three more times, as a result of his humanitarian work in East Timor, Sao Paolo, Rwanda and Kenya. Pretty amazing, wouldn’t you agree?

2. Jacob Barnett 12-year-old autistic boy: IQ higher than Einstein

This little guy began attending Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis at the age of 8.

His IQ is 170 making it higher than Albert Einstein’s score. When he was only 12, he stunned his university professors after grappling with some of the most advanced concepts in mathematics.

What’s even more amazing is that he taught himself calculus, algebra, geometry and trigonometry in just one week.

At an early age, Jake was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome, which is a less severe form of autism.

His family was extremely worried, but they soon realized how gifted their son was.

He was solving 5000 piece puzzles by the age of 3, and he was writing equations on the windows… if his evolution is so spectacular up till now, we can only expect great things from him in the future.

3. Saffron Pledger – youngest member of IQ society Mensa

little girl is named Saffron Pledger, she has an IQ of 140, and she is the youngest person to ever apply for Mensa membership. Despite the fact that her IQ makes her smarter than almost 98% of the population, little Saffron takes interest in normal activities for a 3 year old girl. She likes bed time stories… she likes them so much that she reads them to her baby sister. In a recent interview, Saffron declared that:

"I am only a little girl but I’m very pleased to have passed these tests, even if they were quite hard. I will be very pleased to become a member of Mensa"

Saffron is said to be able to read, write, count up to 50 and solve simple math problems, pretty neat for a 3 year-old.

Akrit Jaswal – seven-year-old surgeon:

Akrit Jaswal was born on April 23, 1993 and he has often been called the world’s smartest boy after people caught wind of the fact that he has an IQ of 146, and he is the smartest boy in India. The boy became the smartest surgeon and Uniersity student in India… but there’s just one problem:
he was quoted saying "People saw my potential and wanted to help me excel in life…I think they’re of above average intelligence, but not as clever as me."

5. Colin Carlson graduated from Stanford University Online High School by the age of 11

When Colin was just 9 years old, he began taking up classes at the University of Connecticut, and by the time he was 12, he was already a full time sophomore. His biggest problem? The University denied his application to participate in field work which required his moving to South Africa. Colin did not let things this way, so he founded an environmental organization and filed an age discrimination complaint against the University of Connecticut

6. Kim Ung-Yong – physics student at age three

When he was just 3 years old, Kim Ung-Yong began taking lectures as a guest physics student at the Hanyang University in South Korea. It wasn’t long before the world found out about his incredible intelligence and so, by the age of 8, NASA flew him over to the United States for studies. The man was born in 1962, and he is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the person with the highest IQ in the world: 210! And if that doesn’t tell you much, maybe you’ll be amazed by the fact that Kim Ung-Yong spoke at just 4 months of age, and by the age of 2, he could already read in Japanese, Korean, German and English.

7. William James Sidis: Smartest Man Of All Times

When he was just 8 years old, William James Sidis proved that he was a mathematical genius as he developed a new logarithm table based on the number 12. One year later, he was holding lectures at Harvard University. He enrolled at Harvard when he was 11 years old, and graduated at the age of 16 suma cum laude. The man is considered to be the smartest man to ever live, with an estimated IQ score of 250-300. He wrote four original works of his own before he was seven, and he was fluent in 8 different languages. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line, he lost his spunk… no one knows why.

8. Aelita Andre – Youngest Painter

Aelita Andre was only 2 years old when her abstract paintings were displayed in a famous art gallery in Australia, but she was even younger when she painted them. The child’s paintings were promoted by Mark Jamieson, the director of Brunswick Street Gallery in Melbourne’s Fitzroy. See some of her paintings below:

9. Adora Svitak Child Prodigy Writer And Young Poet

Adora Lily Svitak is a little girl born on October 15, 1997 and she is a child prodigy, an internationally published author. She is known for writing essays, poems, blogs, and even full-length books.

Autistic boy,12, with higher IQ than Einstein develops his own theory of relativity

Jacob Barnett is not your average 12-year-old boy. He taught himself calculus, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry…all within about one week. Now, he’s tutoring a few of his fellow college classmates as well.

“Jake” has an IQ of 170…which is higher than that of one Albert Einstein. In fact, he’s now begun an “expanded” version of Einstein’s famous theory of relativity.

His mother, Kristine Barnett, 36, wasn’t really sure if Jacob was really onto something or if he was just spitting out nonsense, so she sent a video of his new theory to the Institute for Advanced Study near Princeton.

Astrophysics professor Scott Tremaine was able to validate Jake’s theory.

Tremaine fired off an email to the family.

“I’m impressed by his interest in physics and the amount that he has learned so far. The theory that he’s working on involves several of the toughest problems in astrophysics and theoretical physics. Anyone who solves these will be in line for a Nobel Prize.”

Given the family’s previous performance record in math, Kristin Barnett is a bit surprises.
“I flunked math,” she says. “I know this did not come from me.”
Jake was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome, a mild form of autism, after his parents became worried about the fact that he didn’t talk until the age of two.

At three years old, Jake could recite the alphabet, forward and then backward. He also used Q-tips to create complex geometrical shapes on the floor of the family living room. He could solved 5,000-piece jigsaw puzzles. He could recite the first 70 digits of the mathematical constant known as pi (he’s up over 200 now). He even studied a state road map and later was able to rattle off every highway and license plate prefix from memory.

By the time he was eight years old, he had moved on from high school and was attending Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis advanced astrophysics classes.

There is often so much going on in Jake’s brain, he can’t fall asleep.
His parents got so worried a while back, they took him in for some medical tests. Doctors couldn’t find anything wrong other than the fact that Jake just can’t fall asleep very easily.

“A lot keeps me awake,” Jake says. “I scare people.”
The next step, according to Jacob’s teachers, is for him to leave the classroom and start a paid research role.

Check him out in action below as he teaches us a little bit of Calculus 2…
